THE CO(LABORATORY)
where the work
happens
we look at where cancer care is heading, one, five and ten years out. new tests, new treatments and new technologies keep arriving faster than the system can absorb them. our role is to find the gaps early and bring the right people into the room to work out what needs to change, before those gaps get wider. the goal is a cancer system that works for everyone and is sustainable for the long run.
system reset
2026
this year our work is focused on three areas where we see the biggest opportunity for change. the goal is to identify the gaps, turn what we learn into action, and build what comes next.
experience & evidence
turning what people with cancer live through into evidence the system can act on
precision oncology & diagnostics
building the understanding and the system it takes to deliver on the promise of precision oncology
access & innovation
helping the system keep pace with innovation, and stay sustainable while it does

PODs
building a blueprint for precision medicine: a co.laboratory to design canada's precision oncology strategy.
